Also known as Dr. C's wife, Dr. A's mom, and our resident hype woman, she loves building relationships with the incredible providers we partner with and finding new ways to make patients feel right at home. If costumes are involved, count her in!

With more than 25 years at CFO, Karri has seen generations of smiles come through our doors. As one of our Licensed Orthodontic Assistants, she's a true orthodontic pro who knows just about every trick in the book. She's mastered smile transformations, but her true superpower is looking way too young to have grandkids.

20+ years of creating beautiful smiles have made Audrey one of the most experienced members of our team. As a Licensed Orthodontic Assistant and a CFO parent, she knows exactly what patients and parents need to feel comfortable along the way. Fun Fact: She's somehow related to everyone in town!

Tamera has been part of the CFO family for more than a decade, and she's worn just about every hat along the way. She's an RDA/OA turned Patient Services Coordinator, which means she understands the orthodontic journey from every angle. Her only flaw? An endless supply of embarrassing dad jokes.

From bonding day to your smile reveal, Miranda is there every step of the way! Her experience as a Treatment Coordinator and Licensed Orthodontic Assistant helps patients confidently navigate everything from appliance choices to financial arrangements—and her Club Chamberlain Spotify playlist never misses.

Leah is always thinking a few steps ahead to make orthodontics fit around work, school, sports, vacations, and busy family calendars. She goes the extra mile to keep treatment on track while finding appointment times that work for your family. Just don't get her started on her concert bucket list...

Keeping appointments running smoothly is what Alex does best. Her unique perspective as a former CFO patient and aspiring dentist, combined with her skill, speed, and attention to detail, helps every visit run like clockwork. Around here, "Little A" makes a BIG impact!

No matter what the day brings, Des is always ready to jump in! Whether she's assisting chairside or helping behind the scenes, she's one of the reasons everything runs so smoothly and patients feel comfortable and cared for. And yes, the good vibes roll in right alongside her signature pink car.

Every great treatment plan starts with great records, and Eyver makes sure Dr. C and Dr. A have everything they need. From photos and X-rays to digital scans, he's the king of first "impressions". His easygoing personality and bilingual skills shine through in every patient interaction.

Winston may be the newest member of our team, but he's already become one of the most popular. His training includes deep pressure therapy, though he's still convinced snack break supervision is his most important responsibility. It's safe to say Winston Workdays are an office favorite!
